Splitting Trades

While some traders believe splitting a trade into multiple positions reduces risk, we remind our clients that splitting a trade into multiple positions will still count as one single trade on any of our accounts. Additionally, splitting trades can lead to impulsive and emotional decisions. It is important to adhere to your trading plan and avoid deviations based on emotions.

To get funded by APEX, you need to successfully complete our proprietary evaluation phases. Our platform is designed to identify skilled traders and support them in overcoming funding challenges. By passing these evaluation phases, you demonstrate your capability and experience to trade with our capital.

We offer both 1-step and 2-step challenges with various funding amounts to accommodate all traders and trading strategies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Once your evaluation has been approved by our team, you will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This can be done through the dashboard by navigating to Settings > Verify. Additionally, a notification will appear at the top of your dashboard to inform you about the verification process. Typically, the entire verification and approval process takes just a few minutes.

Here are the steps involved in the KYC process:

1.Proof of Identity: You can use any of the following documents:

•Government ID

•Driver’s license

•Permanent residence permit

•Passport

2.A Selfie:

•The selfie must be a clear image and must match the Proof of Identity that you have provided.

Unfortunately, at this time, once a trader purchases a challenge on a specific platform, they cannot switch to a different one.

 

To advance to Live Simulated Accounts, you must provide:
Proof of identity (front and back of your ID card or passport)
A selfie holding your ID or passport
Verification is required only at the Simulated funded stage of your challenge.

If you exceed the $1,000,000 maximum allocation for live funded accounts, your
current accounts will remain unaffected. However, you won’t be able to add more
funds until the total allocation is back within the limit.

Do not create multiple accounts through various registrations. Identical trading strategies, IPs, or wallets may lead to account suspension as per our policies.

No, sharing giveaway winner coupons or giveaway host coupons is strictly prohibited. If we detect that a giveaway coupon has been shared and used by multiple individuals, it will result in the automatic breaching of all associated accounts. We enforce this rule to maintain fairness and integrity within our community. Please ensure that your giveaway coupon is used solely by you to avoid any issues.

Giveaway accounts are not eligible for a retry. The retry option only applies to purchased accounts.

The first payout request can be made 14 days after funding.

The first payout on a giveaway account is limited to 2%. There are no limitations on subsequent payouts.

If your master account, also known as a funded account, is breached, it will become ineligible for payouts, regardless of its profitability. Whether the breach occurs due to exceeding the Daily Drawdown or Maximum Drawdown limits, your funded account will be terminated and any simulated profits will be forfeited. This policy also applies in cases of contract termination or violation of our Terms of Service.

To request a payout, follow these steps:

1.Log in to Your Dashboard: On the APEX website, navigate to your dashboard.

2.Select “Payouts”: In the menu, click on “Payouts” to access the payout request form.

3.Fill Out the Form: Complete the payout request form. Note that once this form is submitted, your connected trading account will switch to view-only mode until the payout is processed, so ensure all trades are closed.

4.Processing Time: Payouts are processed within 1-3 working days. The minimum payout amount is 1% of the initial balance, including our split.

Payment Methods:

Payouts below $400: Processed through crypto USDT TRC20.

Payouts above $400: Processed via Rise, which supports both bank transfers and crypto.

First, sign up with your accurate first name, last name, and email address on the Sign Up page. Then, click “Sign up” to proceed.

Yes, we can process payouts with crypto outside of Rise.

Please specify this preference in your payout request, and our team will handle it accordingly.

Rise is a platform that facilitates payouts to either your crypto wallet or bank account. Once your payout is approved, you will receive an invitation from Rise. To proceed, you need to sign up via this invitation, complete the KYC process, and sign the agreement with Rise. After verification by the Rise team, your payout will be reflected in your Rise account.

1.Invitation from Rise:

•After your payout is approved by our team, you will receive an invitation from Rise. Ensure that the email address you use for Rise matches the one associated with your APEX account.

2.Register with Rise:

•Sign up using your accurate first name, last name, and email address. Click “Sign Up” to proceed.

3.Confirmation Email:

•After registering, you will receive an email with a login button to start the onboarding process. Note that this button expires within 20 minutes for added security. This method will be used whenever you log in to your account, ensuring that your account remains secure even if someone discovers your password.

4.Complete KYC and Sign Agreement:

•Follow the instructions to complete the KYC process and sign the agreement with Rise.

5.Verification and Payout:

•Once the Rise team verifies the process, your payout will be reflected in your Rise account.

At APEX Proprietary Fund, we have a minimum trading period of 4 days for each evaluation phase, during which you must achieve at least 0.5% profit.

These days do not have to be consecutive; any day with at least 0.5% profit counts towards the 4-day trading period.

There is no maximum number of trading days.

Accounts may be placed under “evaluation” status with reduced leverage if irregularities are detected. Consistent trading practices are required for reinstatement to normal leverage.

  • Two-Step Challenges: 4.5% daily drawdown, 9% total drawdown.

Daily drawdown and total drawdown are dynamic and adjust based on your account’s performance.

  • Initial Funded Stage: Start with an initial balance (e.g., $100,000) and an 85% profit split.
  • Balance Increase Stage: Increase balance by 10% after every 3 successful payouts.
  • Enhanced Profit Split Stage: Profit split increases to 90% after 5 successful payouts.
  • Increased Payout Frequency Stage: Weekly payouts after 7 successful payouts.
  • Drawdown Increase: 1% additional total drawdown after every 3 payouts, up to a cap.

Trading challenges are structured tasks with specific goals and metrics that traders must complete to obtain simulated live accounts.

We allow various strategies, including edging, grid trading, and Martingale. Prohibited strategies include account sharing, HFT, algorithmic trading, and using delayed data feeds.
